A joint powers commission comprised of the cities of Bloomington, Minneapolis, Hennepin County and the Metropolitan Airports Commission. We also work with Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development.

Green Institute
A nonprofit economic development organization focused on sustainable enterprise. The Institute originated from an environmental justice movement against the siting of a large garbage transfer station in a residential area of the Phillips neighborhood of Minneapolis.

Neighborhood Planning for Community Revitalization (NPCR)
A new effort to provide applied research assistance to community-based organizations in the Twin Cities. It is funded by the U.S. Department of Education Urban Community Service Program, St. Paul Companies, St. Paul Foundation, Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC), McKnight Foundation, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

West Broadway Area Coalition
Alliance of neighborhood groups dedicated to the revitalization of the West Broadway Avenue commercial corridor in north Minneapolis. Information on their efforts so far, and a discussion forum.
